Over the past few months, ClubWPT ran a series of qualifiers for the highly-anticipated WPT World Championship tournament at Wynn Resorts this December.
After hosting its final qualifier on November 13, the free-to-play poker site will send 27 players to the record-breaking WPT World Championship event, while dozens of others also won their way to other poker tournaments in Las Vegas.

In total, 56 players were able to secure seats to various poker tournaments in Las Vegas via Club WPT. 27 of them will compete in the $10,400 WPT World Championship which features a whopping $15,000,000 in guarantees, making it the largest-guaranteed tournament in poker history.
The WPT World Championship port awarded by ClubWPT also includes a four-night stay at Wynn Las Vegas, plus $1,000 in travel allowance.
Meanwhile, 22 qualifiers get a shot at the $1,100 WPT Prime Championship which comes with $2 million in guaranteed prize money. They’ll also enjoy free accommodation at Wynn, cash for travel expenses, as well as WPT merchandise.
Both the WPT World Championship and the WPT Prime Championship will run as part of a larger festival at Wynn running from December 1-20, 2022 which features $22 million in combined guarantees. The record-breaking WPT World Championship takes place from December 12-20, while the Prime Championship is scheduled for December 8-13.
While the remaining seven ClubWPT qualifiers did not earn automatic entry into the WPT World Championship, they may still secure a seat by winning either the Tony Dunst WPT Battleship Bounty or a special six-handed home game.
Five of the final seven players qualified for the Tony Dunst WPT Battleship Bounty, while the other two will battle it out with WPT ambassadors Brad Owen and Andrew Neeme and WPT anchor Lynn Gilmartin in a six-handed home game which also includes no other than poker legend Phil Ivey.

The WPT World Championship offers an exciting opportunity for ClubWPT qualifiers to follow in the footsteps of Chris Moneymaker who qualified for the 2003 World Series of Poker (WSOP) Main Event via an $86 satellite tournament at PokerStars. He ultimately won the tournament for $2.5 million.
