The tournament attracted a total of 60 entries to create a €6,000,000 prize pool that was shared by the top eight finishers, among them was Michael Soyza who was the first to be eliminated from the final table. Soyza finished 8th for €240,000.

Seth Davies was next out in 7th place for €305,000, followed by Isaac Haxton who claimed the 6th spot for a €380,000 payday. Danny Tang and Richard Yong were also part of the star-studded final table, both of whom finished 5th and 4th, taking home €490,000 and €640,000 respectively.

Among the three players remaining, Mikita Badziakouski held the shortest stack and he failed to recover after his queen-ten lost to Tony G’s ace-six. Badziakouski settled for 3rd place with €840,000 in winnings. The Belarusian earlier won the €50K No-Limit Hold’em – 7 Handed event for €1,340,000.

Tony G was ahead of Chidwick when heads-up play began, but the latter managed to grab the lead when he shoved with king-queen and then hit a queen on the river to defeat the ace-king of his opponent. From there, Chidwick continued to dominate the game until the very last hand when Tony G went all-in with ace-queen versus Chidwick’s ace-king. The Lithuanian player found no help from the board to finish second for €1,350,000.
